Class Updates 1/28/2016

New additions: For one week only, Debra will be teaching two continuing level hatha classes. Join her for one or both, each class is $12.

  • 9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m., Tuesday, February 2nd
  • 9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m., Thursday, February 4th


  • Debra’s 5:30 p.m. Wednesday All-Level Hatha Class is canceled for the rest of the current session
  • Cheryl’s 6:30 p.m. Thursday Vinyasa Flow Class is canceled for the rest of the current session
